After 24 exciting years as a U.S. Air Force pilot spanning 5 continents and countless countries, Brad found himself at a crossroads. In May of 2008, overweight and unhealthy, he looked toward the kitchen as a means to improve his life. There, a new passion for cooking and culinary arts was kindled. By 2014, Brad was a self-taught chef and began giving food and cooking demonstrations at local events. He founded time2veg.com and [email protected] as a means to channel his love for vegan cuisine into a way to connect with families in their own kitchens. Striving to improve his technique, he attended RouxBe Cooking School’s Professional Program and ultimately Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts. He remains passionate in bringing healthy and delicious vegan food to everyone.
