Instructor, RAW and Living Foods
Chef Jenny is a graduate of the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University in Interdisciplinary Studies with a major in Education. Chef Jenny has completed a 200 hr yoga teacher training in Spokane, Washington at the Mellow Monkey Yoga Studio. She worked at Optimum Health Institute as a Raw Chef and Holistic Health Instructor. She taught yoga, meditation and raw food preparation classes. Her goal is to inspire students to explore the benefits of living foods and give them the skills to excel in their culinary careers.
