Rich is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of the Natural Epicurean and a nationally recognized entrepreneur, speaker and expert in the fields of business, yoga, and sustainable lifestyles. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Albany in New York and a Masters degree in Public Health from the University of Texas School of Public Health. Rich’s work integrates the wisdom of Eastern and Western philosophies on health and wellbeing and is at the forefront of changes in healthcare and the food industry through lifestyle practices and innovative food initiatives. Rich’s mission for the Natural Epicurean’s Professional Chef School is to offer excellence in the culinary training in plant-based foods that creates chefs prepared for successful careers that support the ever-growing need for health-conscious culinary experts and their services.
