Manager, Student Services & ADA Coordinator; Chef Instructor
Chef Lorena is the Manager of Student Services and Regulatory Compliance, mentoring students during their culinary journey throughout the Professional Chef Training Program. She ensures that students have the best in-class experience, coordinates student externships, and guides students through the completion of their training. Chef Lorena is a graduate from the Natural Epicurean and also an Instructor, leading the Culinary Business Planning module and teaching Public Classes. She has studied literature and art history at the University of the Americas Puebla, one of the most prestigious universities in Latin America, and also Mexico’s Le Cordon Bleu. She applied her interest in art to her early work experience as a Design Department Manager, managing seasonal collections, design patterns, and daily production of various clothing lines. Chef Lorena is currently studying at Macrobiotics America for Health Counseling. She is passionate about the art and flavor of healthy cooking and is dedicated to helping people find their own path to a healthier lifestyle.
