Director, Faculty & Culinary Operations; Lead Faculty Chef Instructor
Chef Inge is Director of Faculty and Culinary Operations, working with the faculty and Executive Director to provide an excellent classroom experience for culinary students. She is also the Lead Chef Instructor for the Professional Chef School, as well as a Lead Chef Instructor for courses that may include Fundamentals and Foundations, Health Supportive Baking and Pastry, and Vegetarian and Vegan. Chef Inge attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Academy, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Post-graduation she worked in restaurants, including Hudson’s on the Bend, the Lakeway Spa & Resort and the University Of Texas, and managed a hospital kitchen at Seton Family of Hospitals, creating healthier menus for patients and their families. In 2007, Chef Inge founded the Happy Vegan Baker in Austin that continues to thrive through local farmer’s markets. Sharing her love of plant-based foods with others has been the focus of Chef Inge’s culinary career, which she now brings to the Natural Epicurean.
