We understand that each individual is unique, and that no single approach to diet is right for everyone. However, we acknowledge and embrace our universal need to consume a diet rooted in an abundance of plant foods. As such, our programs are designed to support all health curious eaters, omnivores and herbivores alike. We focus on and teach the common thread, plant-based food, that binds us together instead of isolating our differences.

Through the lens of these cuisines we promote eating in alignment with the seasons; sourcing locally grown, organic ingredients and embracing sustainable farm to fork practices. We also promote and support the practice of conscious cooking and the importance of communities and families cooking and sharing the experience of food together. We believe these ideas are core to culinary health practices and sustainable healthy eating.
Cooking and eating do not occur within a vacuum and in order to train dynamic modern chefs as well as savvy home cooks, we believe that technique and preparation are only the beginning. For this reason, this philosophy flows through all of our culinary programs and cooking experiences.
