The Natural Epicurean offers public classes in health-supportive and plant-based cooking for those interested in learning new techniques in the kitchen and expanding their home menus and recipes. We welcome beginners, as well as the seasoned home chef, who are interested in the benefits of a healthy plant-based diet. You will become a conscious chef in our Healthy Meals for the Busy Cook Series, Vegan Baking, Intro to Macrobiotic Cooking, Intro to Ayurvedic Cooking, Understanding Raw & Living Foods, or in any one of our dynamic hands-on cooking classes.
