April 11th: Understanding Raw & Living Foods with Chef Dianne Slick

In this hands-on introductory course, you will discover the flavors and healing properties of raw and living foods. You will learn about raw food preparation, in order to nourish your body for optimal energy levels, balanced moods, and a healthy well-being. The instructor will discuss the benefits of techniques and practices such as sprouting, juicing, and dehydrating, as well as lead a hands-on class in preparing raw recipes. At the end of class, students will enjoy a delicious raw foods meal that they have prepared.

The Natural Epicurean offers public classes in health-supportive and plant-based cooking for those interested in learning new techniques in the kitchen and expanding their home menus and recipes. We welcome beginners, as well as the seasoned home chef, who are interested in the benefits of a healthy plant-based diet. You will become a conscious chef in our Healthy Meals for the Busy Cook Series, Vegan Baking, Intro to Macrobiotic Cooking, Intro to Ayurvedic Cooking, Understanding Raw & Living Foods, or in any one of our dynamic hands-on cooking classes.

Classes are non-refundable. Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to class date are eligible for a class transfer or credit. Cancellations within 7 days are transferable to a friend or family member but are not eligible for credit. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
