Chef Felicia is a Natural Epicurean Chef Instructor, teaching Ayurveda theory and culinary cuisine. She lives in California and is a member of the California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine, editor-in-chief of LA Yoga and Ayurveda and Health magazine and serves on the Board of Directors of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA). Chef Felicia holds a Nursing Degree from Santa Barbara City College, as well as a Degree in Environmental Biology. She is an Ayurveda practitioner and structural yoga therapist, having studied at the Rocky Mountain Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda and the Alandi Ayurvedic Gurukula in Colorado. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level. Chef Felicia’s career includes roles as a consultant, writer and Ayurveda Chef. She teaches throughout California on Ayurveda principles, philosophy and cooking technique and comes to the Natural Epicurean to share her knowledge and inspire students in their culinary practice.
