Discover the benefits of eating foods in their raw, or naked, state. Way more than salads, this class explains why eating more foods in their uncooked form can benefit your health. This hand-on class introduces you to the delicious variety of raw and living foods that goes way beyonds salad, and sprouts.
At the end of class, students will enjoy a delicious raw foods meal that they have prepared. You will leave feeling energized, informed and ready to incorporate more naked food into your own daily meals.
