I have always wanted to take a public cooking class with Natural Epicurean because they offer so many interesting classes. But when I read about Healthy Meals for the Busy Yogi, I knew that it was the perfect class for me. I am a busy vegetarian yogi and yoga teacher, and sometimes it’s hard to find the time to cook a healthy and nutritious meal. I enrolled in this class hoping to find ways to make a quick meal that was still delicious and nutritious and get some new vegetarian meal inspiration. It was a really great class!
